Female Federation is a state of the art Women's Only Gym, located in Ferrymead, Christchurch. Our main focus is creating an uplifting and supportive environment for women of all ages, on all journeys, to train in and feel their best.
We offer a free 10 day trial because we are sure you're going to love us. So come in and try out our 25+ classes a week, and feel the difference!

Female Federation is the BEST place for ladies looking for a supportive, encouraging, well-equipped, fun, friendly gym! The amazing trainers and staff know each member so well and provide an environment that empowers you to reach your own goals - providing encouragement always and advice when desired! There are such a large number and variety of group classes with knowledgeable, passionate trainers that go above and beyond to make each class motivating and fun! Facilities are always great and so clean - with hot showers and great hair dryers! I have never experienced a gym like this and highly recommend you check it out for yourself! :
Clean, tidy and friendly little gym with a good mix of ages. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and included and take a genuine interest in their clients. They have a good mix of classes on a rolling schedule. The gym is small but not crowded. If your looking for an exclusively female gym this is the one for you. Parking is available outside.
Love this gym! The trainers are lovely, there’s plenty of equipment for a good variation in workouts and the extra services they provide are great. Also just nice to have a female exclusive gym!
Fantastic gym! Loads of classes, staff are super helpful. Female federation has made it easy for me to get back into gym, and with 5 showers, hair-dryers and hair straighteners there is no excuse not to go before work!

I have enjoyed female Federation gym for two years now, all the staff and members keep me motivated and inspired me to keep going. Particularly Jill who is great at walking around and correcting when you’re not doing an exercise quite right I find that really really helpful. Thank you to everyone
