A local gym , if your looking to burn fat get a full body work out ,classes to suit all ranges of fitness levels ,personally tailored routines in the weights area ,  well trained friendly instructors in a supportive enviroment,it will be easy to stay motivated and get you coming back for more,the place could do with a bit of a do up ....brighter colours ......all in all a great place .....

I didn't use the gym but attended a weight lifting event. Great atmosphere, friendly community and plenty of equipment available to use.
