Staff members are friendly, and the floor space is huge. Navigating the store can be quite tricky, though on the positive note, walking around the shop can definitely amp up your step count. Their changing rooms are nicely designed with plenty of benches and seats, inside as well as outside of the changing room area.

Went to the make up section and politely asked if they have a certain product in-store since it was available on-line. One of their sales staff just can't be bothered to accommodate customers in an appropriate manner and hurriedly answered "No, we don't sell that here", mumbled something and before I can say anything, she just walked off. I felt judged and unwelcomed by the sales staff's behaviour that I just left the store straight away. I personally don't think that's how you guys should treat customers. I understand that the job can be highly stressful and demanding at times but that behaviour was just unacceptable. This incident happened at around 1045 AM, hardly any customers around.

The lady that looked after my daughter and I at the service counter was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

They have terrible customer service and they seem to remember all the emails they've ever received and also prepare yourself to go to mankau because that's where they'll send you if they can't be bothered dealing with you.
