I returned a rice cooker on April 11th and still haven't received my refund. I've visited the store twice, and each time they asked me to wait due to the Easter holiday. As of today, May 3rd, the refund still hasn't come through.
Had a great experience yesterday with Andrew, he went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed. Excellent customer service, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves
They have some rubbish products that don't last long, like their blender. Then they don't do a return without receipt even though it's obviously from kmart with their brand name and has a date code within warranty. The warehouse stuff costs a bit more but tends to last better
K Mart Botany is always my husband’s favourite favourite shop in Botany.nnAs my husband needs Oversized pants, K Mart is the best place for him to get these pants.nnWe will go there again at Easter and we highly recommend you to take a look there.
