I am disappointed with my recent online order experience here. I purchased an item that was listed as in stock and my order was accepted, only to receive a refund around 12 hours later because the item was apparently unavailable.nnI understand stock errors can happen and being too lazy or understaffed to get orders quickly are a store issue sometimes, but it was frustrating to have my order cancelled after it had already gone through, especially as this was a very popular item that is difficult to get. I was excited to receive it and was disappointed that the only resolution offered was a refund.nnI would appreciate more accurate stock levels and better support for customers affected by cancelled orders in the future.
Awesome go to store for last minute shopping. Open till late and the team are very helpful in assisting with locating items. You can order online and pick up at this store as well.

Called the store for some help in finding a specific plush however Nilmal was finishing and advised she didnt want to look through the mess and to place a click and collect order. I was handed to the manager Sheri who was more helpful and confirmed they didnt have it.
I called in to inquire about a basketball hoop and the lady was so rude I asked her when the stock comes she just said nothing then said “idk when they put on floor “ this makes no sense otherwise the store is very good Js better customer service
