The service at this store was absolutely discussing. I asked 3 diffrent staff members for help to buy a washing machine. Waited 15 -20 minutes with no response. I will never step foot in this place again.nYou will not get good customer service here.
I am satisfied with the product I bought from warehouse botany.nStore will be in more business if they improve the lightning, viewing was dull. I went there around 9pm and very hard to see in there.
Kiri is definitely an asset to the group, she's friendly, patient, professional and very helpful, this is what your call great customer service. Quality of products sold are generally in durable condition.
“The customer service at The Warehouse Botany Downs could be improved—staff should try smiling more at customers. Also, the website isn’t reliable. I visited the store for a specific item that was listed as ‘in stock,’ but when I asked a staff member, they said the website information isn’t accurate. Quite disappointing.”
The service was really bad. The first payment failed. I immediately went to withdraw cash and came back. However, by the time I got there, the store had already closed down and was no longer open for business. The time was 9:55.
