Wait time averaging an hour per visit. Wanted to speak to the doctor about 2 seperate issues however was asked to book another appointment for the second issue given the amount of people waiting (midday appointment). If I am forced to wait an hour after my my booking time then I would have expected my time to be respected inside the doctor's office.
The only benefit is the check-in machine for repeat patients...but benefit is marginal at best given I have to wait a long time to see the doctor.

Doctors (at least those that I've seen) at this clinic are marvellous, and so are the nurses. Helpfulness, empathy and understanding are the hallmarks of excellent healthcare, and this clinic demonstrates all three qualities.

I've read the negative reviews here and I do empathise. I routinely wait 15-40 minutes even after having booked an appointment. However, I do feel that these problems are common to many clinics, and it would be perhaps unfair to single out the staff here, who I've found never to be idle while at work.

In addition, the clinic does offer online booking through the Appointuit app (available for both Android and iOS). My advice is to book two consecutive appointments if you feel that you will need the additional time, and to avoid booking later in the day as you're more likely to be seen on time in the morning.

I've been going to this centre for ages. I love the professionalism of the reception staff and the doctors. I usually see Dr. Nicole Clancy who is really compassionate and professional. She goes out of her way to assist and put her patient's mind at ease. Even though I have moved out of the area, I continue to go here because of the outstanding service. Waiting times can sometimes be long, but for quality service, it doesn't bother me much. I also love how you can book an appointment on an app. So convenient.

Reception staffs are incompetent. Needs more training. Very inconsistent with what they tell patients.

Wait is at least 45 minutes based on the last 5 visits. Also, it is absurd that people who arrive late for their appointment are also pushed in front of the patients whom arrive on time.so even more waiting! Ridiculous! Horrible service. Appointment system is useless.
Doctors are decent though.
