Very Friendly people, they went out of their way to find me the test centre when the required service was not available there. Prompt service with great smile
Staff seem to be on a go-slow. As I write there are 10 people queued outside, some elderly, in the cold waiting for fasting blood tests. They need to increase focus in the mornings.
Called them many times and no one answer. They haven't pay enough attention to the Covid-19 , and the staff lacked understanding of how the virus was transmitted. No better measures were taken to prevent cross-infection during contact with patients.
