I have been going to F45 now for the last 3 months and today went along to my first Saturday session . Arriving early for the first time was able to watch the group before me finish their workout. Wow what an atmosphere . every one was so pumped and smiling at the end of the session. I have never noticed this until today i am so out of breath at the end of the my workout i have never been aware of the vibe. Great work by the trainers and all those working out. Nice one . Col

Intense, but works so well. This is the best sort of training which actually gets results fast! Do yourself a favour!

OMFG. I have finally arrived at the F45 palace😍😍. I have only started there on Monday and within 4 days of training with them and eating right i have knocked off 4Kgs!!! Yes that is sooooo right 4Kgs💪💪💪. I have officially signed up with them and really excited to smash another 58Kgs!! The Team laughs at all my jokes, cheers me on, corrects my posture and techinque and sometimes adds more weights to push me to the next level which kills but so worth it!! Recommend with a passion.

F45 Caloundra has been life changing for me. I joined when they opened, unsure if I could afford it, but wanting to change my unhealthy bad habits. My first class was Hollywood (31 October) and I remember trying to push the sled with no weights on it, and Mitch (one of the awesome trainers) came along and helped me. I could hardly walk the following day(Sunday) but I went back Monday night and tackled Athletica. Yesterday (11 June) I tackled 2 Hollywood sessions in a row, today I went for a 10km run with a great group of girls from the studio. In the first 6 weeks of joining, I dropped about 13cm off my hips and lost about 6kg. I started eating sensibly, didn't follow any diets, but I did go daily to F45 Caloundra. Alex & Penny (the owners) are like no other gym/fitness studio owners you could meet. They are like you and me, they genuinely care about the members and treat everyone equal, no matter your fitness level. All the trainers are awesome, they all have their little personal touches, and some are quite easy on the eye. If you want to change you, and just live a healthier life, you'll be surprised how joining F45 Caloundra can actually make that all so easy.
