"YMCA Caloundra is one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier Gymnastics centres and also hosts a range of fitness classes for teens and mature adults. Located in the heart of Caloundra just minutes from Stockland and the beachfront, our facility has a wide range of group fitness equipment and a fully fitted gymnasium.All year round, we run gymnastics classes for infants, children and adults. All ages and skill levels are welcome to try our traditional gymnastics lessons, or a fun casual class like Ninja Obstacles. Our PrYme Movers fitness classes for adults and seniors have also become part of many people’s weekly routine. Build mobility, strength and coordination while also making friends."

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party at the YMCA and it was absolutely fantastic! The coaches were so helpful and hands-on—they helped us set up, pack down, and made sure everything ran smoothly. What really stood out was how they could sense what the kids needed: whether it was unstructured play or joining in on fun games, they handled it all with ease and energy.nnOur little birthday girl got to celebrate doing what she loves most—gymnastics! She had the time of her life. Huge thank you to the amazing staff for making it such a memorable day. Highly recommend this place for a fun, active and stress-free party!
My daughter is so happy to attend the gymnastics course! The coaches are really nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly
I love the group classes at the Y in Caloundra. The instructors are all competent and helpful and their Admin people are on the ball as well. Everyone there is always so friendly and approachable and the exercise moves can be tailored to suit the individual.nI highly recommend trying them out. I understand your first group class is free. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
LOVE circuit classes at The Y Caloundra! The instructors are very knowledgeable and make classes fun, catering for all fitness levels. Every class is different, so you never get bored with the same old routine. There is a great group of regular attendees women and men who agree with the principle of move it or lose it, and want to keep moving it for many years to come!
They have a siblings class for under 4s. We really enjoyed it when they had a decent teacher, however they struggle to keep their teachers. Needs improvement. Such a shame because the facilities are clean and looking new.
