Located in the heart of Caloundra just minutes from Stockland and the beachfront, our facility has a wide range of group fitness equipment and a fully fitted gymnasium.All year round, we run gymnastics classes for infants, children and adults. All ages and skill levels are welcome to try our traditional gymnastics lessons, or a fun casual class like Ninja Obstacles. Our PrYme Movers fitness classes for adults and seniors have also become part of many people’s weekly routine. Build mobility, strength and coordination while also making friends."

Fun for all ages!! My kids are 3, 5 and 10. They all love it. Reasonably priced. Trainers are awesome Neil, Amanda and Diana. Thank you!! Reception staff are friendly and approachable. Ninja course is great for my pre teen daughter. She absolutely loves it!! Tots and kids gym classes are different each week keeping it interesting and fun. Staff are engaging and enthusiastic, keeping the group on task. Rhythmic class for my 5 yo is very well run too. Good equipment and very clean and new looking. The only one downfall would be the parent seating. It's winter at the moment and it's pretty cold and uncomfortable. Apart from that. 5 stars from me !!
3 stars for me means I feel indifferent. It's not good and not bad. I've only taken my child once to do a trial. It's the only place in the whole Caloundra area that has gymnastics, so it gets rather packed in there. They have a coffee machine the coffee is nice.
Gym play is amazing for under 5s. My boys have so much fun here and the staff are always happy to help :
They have a siblings class for under 4s. We really enjoyed it when they had a decent teacher, however they struggle to keep their teachers. Needs improvement. Such a shame because the facilities are clean and looking new.
Beautiful gymnastics facility! Such a fun, positive, and encouraging environment to train in. Plus they have knowledgeable and amazing coaches.
My daughter has attended YMCA Caloundra for a couple of years now and absolutely loves it! The training staff are very professional, experienced and caring ensuring my daughter learns the required skills in a safe and supportive environment. The administration staff do a great job in managing everything off the floor and are always quick in their correspondence. The venue is very impressive with all the apparatus needed and is always clean. Its an enjoyable, positive, comfortable place for parents to visit and watch their children train and perform. My daughter and I are proud to be a part of YMCA Caloundra!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GYMNASTICS CLUB. My daughter has been attending gymnastics at YMCA Caloundra for 3 years and in that time we have had only great experiences being part of the club. My daughter loves the classes and the teaching is at an excellent standard, are very well organised and capture the kids focus really well. The skills that are taught stand children in good stead for any other sporting endeavours and for life. Great customer service and overall wonderful facilities and equipment. The holiday classes and term classes are HIGHLY recommended for all ages.
First class facilities and equipment for youngsters starting to test their balance, and build strength, coordination and confidence. Excellent guidance and instruction, too - our child has really enjoyed her two years of classes and benefited from the structured exercises.
My grandson loves coming to gym. Well organised, very clean. Always little themes each week making it fun for the kids. Amanda is so good with the kids.
Extremely rude front management. Focused heavily on profit and less weight on hiring gymnastics professionals. Great facility and equipment; however is useless if company does not have the proper client-focused culture- this extremely lacks in this gym.
