We offer group fitness classes, weightlifting, gymnastics, high intensity training, yoga/stretching, 1 on 1 personal training, healthy eating programs, 8 week challenges, remedial massage & injury rehabilitation programs.

Great to be welcomed into a fitness, strength, whole body health and community focused box(gym). The experience and knowledge of the  coaches is humbling and challenges you to work hard, with great technique, interspersed with encouragement and room for your humour. Enabling you to enjoy reaching your goals! 
PARENTS there is an excellent creche, giving you that hour of freedom to work out, with your kids seeing you strive to be fit, strong and happy!

Iv been to a few (Crossfit) boxes over the years and as far as coaching/motivational/encouraging goes Marty is definitely one of the best coaches out there.

I've been training at CFC for just a few months now. In that short time I've already learned so much. 
Marty and all the coaches are so helpful and supportive. The gym and facilities are great. 
Always a positive atmosphere - just what's needed to keep moral up through those met cons 👍🏼
Would recommend CFC to anyone.

I love CFC, and highly recommend them. Facilities are fantastic! Coach's are very knowledgeable and encouraging, they always have time for you and are invested in helping you get to your goals. Everyone is very welcoming, there is a huge variety of class times, classes are always different and challenging no matter what level of fitness you are. And for me the best thing is they have a kids corner with a creche 3 times a week, which makes it easy to train. 
I love that every month we focus on a particular skill or there is a monthly challenge set. Marty goes above and beyond to keep the Box interesting, which makes it easy to want to come in. I started with 3 days a week which very quickly turned into every day, I wouldn't miss a session, I never not feel like going in, I love it too much. 
I wouldn't look anywhere else! As far as I'm concerned its the best Box on the coast!
