This a 90 minute beginners hatha yoga practice carried out in a heated room. By following the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises you will revitalise, re-energise and re-organise your entire body from the inside out. Come with an open mind, a positive attitiude and be prepared to sweat your way to a healthier and happier you - we look forward to seeing you in the hot room soon.
