I highly recommend Crossfit Sunshine Coast. Really friendly and welcoming community. The programming is fantastic, always different and challenging for all levels. Coaches are experienced and are committed to help you improve in what ever you are trying to archive. Craig's been working closely with me on mobility and my bar work, and I've noticed a difference within weeks. These are issues I've been trying to improve on for over 12 months. Really happy with this box and glad to be apart of the community!

Craig and the coaches at Crossfit Sunshine Coast are the most knowledgeable and inspiring coaches you will ever meet. All go the extra mile to teach you the right movements, and make sure your progress is sustainable to what you want to achieve.
