Love Albany cinemas apart from their negligence to repair a damaged lock system on the upstairs ladies toilets! Not mentioning broken hand wash unit! Management have neglected plees from patrons complaining about disabled toilet lock fails miserably to lock so door stays ajar!! A simple fix or change lock to easy fit for people with special needs !! No dignity spared if this matter is not resolved urgently as it's been long-term ongoing problem so please stop ignorance & do the right thing
A few days ago I went to watch the Minecraft movie. Everything was great. The staff were chill, the cinema was clean. The only problem was they ran out of Minecraft tins for the Minecraft meal. This was a few days after the movies release and a week before the school holidays. Hopefully they’ll have some more in stock for future preferences.
Went to see alien at cinema 1 but the movie is not scary at all compare to the cinema environment. The smell is really bad and rubbish everywhere on the ground.nThe most scary thing is the seat. I smell shit on the seat before I seated. It made me sick and almost throw up. Obviously someone shit on the seat and not cleaned much. The whole cinema need to be renovated otherwise I really encourage everyone NOT to go there!!
Came by to watch one of the Demon Slayer movies. The cinema is located by the food court. There is a pick up kiosk at the entrance otherwise you can go to the counter to get the tickets and food. There is a fairly large arcade at the bottom of the stairs. The theatres are located upstairs.
