Went here for a birthday party. Was clean and tidy. Reasonable food supplied with the party package. Pizza and chips were delicious. Laser Tag is best for 7+ but if the kids are smaller, the guardians are allowed to go in with them. The arcade has a great selection of games. Can easily spend 5 hours here without even thinking
Mainly went here for the games and play area for kids. Really big and awesome. My son has a blast. Nice little cafe/restaurant for coffees and snacks. Priced fairly and convenient location. Also has free onsite parking
I come here often with me two children over the course of nearly 7 years; I’m a blue elite for what ever that’s worth This is regarding the kids zone; I have to be honest it’s slowly getting worse. It’s never ever cleaned up or tidied; well upon arriving at 10:20 it never looks like it’s been reset for the new day. The ball pit constantly shrinks in volume upon arriving. The balls are bitten, squashed, taken out ball pit and just everywhere. It really doesn’t cost a lot to A tidy them up at the end/start of day, B buy a ton of them. The ball firing area is never tight. Either one gun works. None of them work. The projectile ball flinger doesn’t work. Or you have like 5, 12 year olds hanging off it. The under 5s area is a storage area for all the huge loose squares. Oblongs. Seesaws. The children can’t move in that area. And it’s stressful when a bunch of birthday kids decided to thrash the ball pit whilst our under 5s are looking terrified. *que the dads to stand up and shout their boys out the pit* You have physical table adverts to download the app to order food. The app hasn’t been set up I was informed after trying for 15 mins to be organised with this app. Someone left the party room upstairs door open from the play zone so my kids we’re upstairs in the party area not the actual play zone. Last time I came their was a huge leak from the roof that had come down the slopped steps for the kids in the ball fire pit. Water = electrics not cool. I advised the tall guy in grey shirt and he didn’t know what to do. So I suggested. Wipe it up! For over a year the little wood stepping stone at the entrance had never been replaced. Today my daughter brought me one of the hanging pushy things saying someone broke it off. The only two spinning poles you have someone has full on bent the purple one so it doesn’t even spin. You constantly have rubbish near the end of the toilets. I also don’t understand why every toilet you have in a KIDS time zone 0-12 is an adult toilet. My kid constantly fall down the loo or have to support themselves holding the physical toilet which is disgusting.
It's okay because even u swipe card in the machine, the balls doesn't comes out or the game starts and finishes by its self. Feels like a scam
Great spot for kids party. My son had his 7 yo birthday party there. Duty manager was able to accommodate & party host was very friendly. Everyone had so much fun. However, parking can be tricky during weekend afternoons.
Very packed on rainy days, hard to get an early slot for bowling. So we brought the kids to the inflatable kids zone however, the kids find it smaller than any other inflatable play zone. They played for about an hour and we left.
Our kids had an amazing birthday party with our host Brittany who went above and beyond to make everyone happy!!! This place is seriously good value for bdays and has something for everyone on offer. The reason I rated 4 stars, at time the venue was quite noisy and it was hard to understand staff instructions and the food could be better.
It's a great place but.. staff are all young kids. They need more training on getting a 3 flat white coffee order right. Kids party we were at needed more organising. Lots of waiting around. Burgers small get the hot dog. But did enjoy the place
Used to love going to this place however our latest experience was terrible. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff, we purchased 5 mega passes that were meant to come with cafe and return vouchers we had some vouchers left from our last visit that were expired which was fine our fault. However they tried to give us vouchers that expired the next day and said “that’s all we have” when I raised it. When we ordered our food the staff member was extremely unhelpful. We ordered pizzas and fries and had a member of our group who is dairy free. When we asked what could be made or what was dairy free we were told only the fries nothing else and she didn’t check with the kitchen or offer any suggestions/alternatives. When we were at our table we wanted to check the menu ourselves and order table service. However the website to order food to the table was down. Don’t recommend as the staff here made the experience unpleasant.
Place and staff were decent! The big let down was we were put on lane 3 as a group of 4. There were no seats available for us once lanes 1,2 and 4 were filled. 2 groups of 8+ used up all of the tables, and we were left standing? Little bit of a strange layout, wouldn’t recommend for anyone elderly. I paid the same amount per person as the other groups, unsure of why we had to stand for 2 hours of bowling. Doesn’t seem like the space is allocated per lane unfortunately!
