Glen, Jonathan and the team at euro tune were the only vw specialists on the gold Coast that would take my son engine repair on where everyone else said it needed a new engine. Glen explained the process like a true champion and was very honest. My son's car is back up and running now and cost 1/4 of an engine replacement. Glen even said to bring the car back a week later so they could make sure the car is running fine, what an awesome service euro tune offer.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair

Glen really helped me out when I was stuck, and the prices are very good. Don't bother going anywhere else if you have the choice to go here. I'd trust them with a low end or high end car, honest mechanics.

Probably the best euro mechanics on the coast, wouldn't trust anyone else on the GC with my car.  *edit: had an ECS light pop up and my car was overheating at around 11pm a few days ago - i gave eurotune a ring and they checked it out for me ASAP at 7.30am the next morning, and the water pump and some other parts on my GTI failed. They ordered new parts in and fixed it within 2 days - also MUCH cheaper than my local VW dealership quoted me. Amazing work, amazing service - they go above and beyond to get the work done.

Do not take your car to Eurotune Miami. You have been warned. We took our Merc for a fuel pump replacement and it came back undrivable. They then quoted us $12,000 to fix it. We decideded on a second opinion and was told that the quote was excessive and should not be more than $9,000. Turned out to be a completely different fix and only $2,000 by another mechanic. I now, just had to get the car towed again as I’ve been driving around with fuel leaking onto the brakes. Eurotune forgot to replace caps on the fuel pump repair and fuel has been leaking onto the brakes. This is a fire hazard and could have caused my Merc combust like a bomb while I drive me and my children around. I’ve been taking my Volvo there for a few years prior and every time it came back there was something new wrong with it. Never go there. Consider yourself warned.

I’ve also been going to Eurotune for a number of years.  My last service as I was driving home I got a call to say they had left a cover off that went underneath my car.  I didn’t take it back straight away as they said it wasn’t urgent. When I finally took it back I thought it was replaced.  Today when getting my car serviced by another company he found that it was only bolted on by 3 bolts and some zippy ties, not the 12 that are required. Not very professional at all and that is why I don’t go back to them at all!!!   Dawn Roberts.  Audi TT owner.

Took my vehicle in for a quote on the Monday, still waiting for quote 7 days later. Phoned them up and asked what was happening with quote, they said they would call me that afternoon. Waste of my time !!!! Will look at other service providers Very poor customer relations

Best place in town to get your car serviced. The guys here really care !
