Not pleased.  John was nice enough, but I didn't have a good experience with the service.  First of all, a (big) leak wasn't detected the first time which meant my aircon stopped working again within 24 hours. A little inconvenient. Came back a second time, was quoted a price to re-order a part after waiting 2 hours.  No problem I thought.  Came back a third time weeks later to have it installed for the pre-agreed price, and was charged an extra 25-30% than what I had been verbally told after it was installed. I had specifically clarified that the price included installation beforehand, which I was told it did. Despite my questioning, he claimed that there was no way I would've been told me the original price, but I remember it very clearly.  Hate to leave a negative review but that is my experience.

Excellent Service, very honest and reasonably priced.  John was very professional and I was extremely happy with the way he managed my air conditioning issue.  Heartily recommended.

Honest and great mechanics do exist! The guy (John?) at Freeze breeze went above and beyond for me after an incident. After the great experience I had with him, I now have a new mechanic (not just for airconditioning). 

My incident happened on the hottest day of the year (Feb 10th-14th) when the aircon on my new car died form another companies negligence. This was from an electrical fault. 

As my aircon working amazingly before, the other company broke the air con (cables were unplugged) and wouldn't fix it for me - after spending a fortune on the hottest weekend ever). So, John spent so much time solving my problem and didn't even charge me for it (trust me I offered). He spent over about hour of his time (when he was so busy), to help me find a solution (which he did). Thankyou!! 

As a local business owner myself, I was delighted and absolutely recomend freezebreeze and they deserve your business being some of the old school good guys. 500%. Kate

Great service and a very fair man running this service . Our Air Con has not worked this good in years and also booked in on time and service completed very quickly . I cannot praise this place enough , and more than happy to refer anyone who is needing these services to Freeze Breeze .

I just lost the engine of my car after 2 weeks of his revision waiting for a proper mechanic for the right the diagnostic. My Delica is gone John, don't ruin people's life like that.
