Can I give half a star....Worst experience I've ever had hiring a car.. Guy was completely unhelpful. I asked to use the toilet 3 times with no direction or answer. . the place was a mess everywhere.. He wanted to charge me 4 times what I was quoted and pay in advance. when I queried it, he was grinning and spoke to me like I was an idiot, when I was told by Eurocar by two different people on the phone the opposite to what he was saying. Never go to the Artarmon office in Sydney his name which was almost impossible to get out of him was so he says anyway, is: Sams Farhan.. I'll complain but with the amount of complains this company has all over the whole who will care.. terrible..

** Artarmon office Artarmon NSW ** They have the intention to scam clients in every possible ways!! I returned the car and parked nicely in their Artarmon garage and thought "it's done!" ! The car was returned in the same conditions as when it was picked up. I even rinsed the car to make it nice for them!! *sigh* However, SURPRISE!! there's a mark at the rear bumper which was not even there 10 min before the car was returned! The absent staff in the office suddenly turned up near the returned car... didn't know what exactly he was doing there when I went back with the manager to check the car to finalise the deal after they made me waiting in the office for 15 min sitting alone there! The manager knew exactly what to point out (the mark at the rear bumper) before he examed anything else!!?? $550 for the dark mark as a lesson ... :( He didn't obviously want to listen any further but told me to contact the claim office instead! next time I'll film everything and glue to the car until the manager/staff is free to check the returned car together! never leave the parked returned car out of your sight!

Hi I hired a car from Europcar Artarmon. Following an issue with the car I contacted the Branch. There solutions I was offered was to drive to Sydney Airport before 11pm (23:00) or use another car rental company. The person on the phone actually suggested that. I have contacted Customer Service three times with no resolution after the first call and promises to get back to me. I would imagine this is a fairly competitive market so please choose another company and save yourself hours of frustration and phone calls. I did say I would wait three days to give them time to resolve issues before posting anything.

We had such an unpleasant experience when picking up a rental car. Your customer service representative called Shams has not idea about friendly and helpful service. He was abrupt and rude when answering car hiring basic questions. The company should reconsider how many customers they are losing when rostering a person who CLEARLY doesn't want to work on a sunday morning.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Booked a car through insurance. Was delivered late and so dirty I did not want to get in it. After I complained and refused to take the car they said they would have another one ready in the morning. When I went back in the morning they did not have a car ready because they said a car had already been delivered to me. After waiting an hour they offered to vacum the car, this was not good enough as it had food scraps shoved inetween the seats, it was discraceful. The one staff member said they did not know that the car was dirty, they must have driven it to me with a blindfold on. They gave me a smaller car that was cleaner for the same price as the large car I had booked. Do not go to this branch.
