Rude and hostile to costumers! I booked a car through my company. The office closed at 5.30pm. Due to unforeseen traffic (out of my control) I called them to advise that I'd arrive around 5.30pm plus minus 2 mins. I arrived exactly 5.32pm and the whole thing closed down. I will NEVER book a car with this company and I'll encourage my company to NEVER use this rental. There are many car rentals out there if you don't want to get Uber! Avis doesn't need a business.

Booked a 3 tonne truck on a Wednesday. Picked up on the Saturday at Avis Hurstville to return to Artarmon the following Monday. The staff at Hurstville were fantastic. Had a speedy pick up. The same thing at Avis Artarmon. Fantastic staff. Speedy drop off. The 3 tonne truck was faultless.

Good service and cars. No issues we go here regularly for hire of personal cars for visitors and work trucks etc.
