Spoke to Marilyn, and I was told that they are going to deal with my insurance and that my insurance will cover the courtesy car. After two weeks, Marilyn called me a thief and told me to return the vehicle otherwise she will report it to the police. After returning the vehicle I received an invoice and was told that they were not going to charge my insurance for it. I would recommend everyone stay away from this company, as it is clearly run by fraudulent people.

Marilyn is probably the worst person I have ever dealt with. I've never seen such bad customer service. Please avoid this company if you can. I could not even imagine that its possible to run a business like this.

Maybe other person treated well, but me not. They refused to give a replacement car because of my driver licence isn't Australian. Very disappointed because of weak credibility.

I reckon Courtesy Cars is one of the only car rental companies in Sydney that has such a flexible excess reduction scheme.
By paying only $5.00 per day I could reduce my security bond from $2750.00 to $1000.00 . For $20.00 p/day excess reduction security bond can be reduced to as low as $300.00 , so it really fit into my budget.
There are no hidden costs, all rates are inclusive of GST.
They also provide free airport pick-up and drop-off if car hire is for a longer duration. That's the reason I always hire a car from Courtesy Cars. Also another point worth mentioning is the management is very friendly and maintains good customer relations.
