Fantastic customer Service to Danielle. Always prepared to go above and beyond to help customers. Certainly an asset to Eureka as nothing is to hard for her. She certainly is lovely to deal through.
Very happy with their products. Can be time consuming as most comes from overseas. So if you want something urgently you may not get it soon.
All went well with the purchase but when collecting from the warehouse was an issue. I have purchased a few times but your warehouse house staff need to be addressed for customer services skills

Helpful and friendly staff. Large store with some really great furniture. Ample parking.
Would give a 0 if i could. On the first delivery the driver delivered the wrong colour couch and just shrugged his shoulders he also damaged a $8000 tree. Took me nearly a week to get into contact with the store and a new delivery date arranged, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. After I attempted to escalate the damage to my property further head office told me to just re propagate it? After back and forths was offered a $100 gift card in which the store would contact me about and never did. Doesn't compensate at all for the damage. Gets even better, on the second delivery it was the correct couch! Wow imagine that everything went well, WRONG they managed to take a chuck out of the front door entrance removing the wrong colour couch. Only shopped here because of the sale price on the couch and would not be back.
The girls at Eureka street Oxley are absolutely amazing. There was a mix up with my delivery which they sorted out within hours. They went above and beyond and personally delivered the heavy item to my home address by lunchtime! Could not recommend the customer service enough. Will definitely be back to the Oxley store.
Danielle is amazing. Such a great help. Love walking in the store and seeing her there.
Elizabeth helped us with selecting the furniture pieces that would suit our house. We are extremely happy with the service that we received, the clear communications and the speed of delivery. We highly recommend ESF Oxley!
