Shopped Friday for the sale. Very disappointed to see staff with no masks , or worn down under their chins. May as well have not bothered. I bought bar stools with no help to get them down the steep stairs. Customer care and safety non existent
Bought a glass display cabinet but the selves did not fit at all as they are all 1cm wider than it should be! Called sale services, nice attitude but did not solve anything. They kept kicking the ball to other teams.
DO NOT BUY AT EUREKA if you concern about any issues AFTER SALES SERVICE. Please read others review. Most are complaining the same thing and this company should take customer services serious! Not just get your money. I just spoke to Eureka after care staff Karrie and I am absolutely shocked how poorly and rude I was treated over the phone. Surprisingly the staff end call while I was trying to explain my concerns. No interest in or preoccupation at all. I have tried again and left a msg, but never return. I bought 2 sofas and unfortunately, the 2 seater was too large to pass into our property entrance. As a result of a vigorous rubbing caused by delivery the furniture has damaged the new painted wall. I was told by deliveries that the 3 seater would not get in. I just asked and request for a reasonable resolution, but without hesitation the staff anticipate the outcome before assessment. Also, add that would be her supervisor decision too. They left me with no others options rather than OFFICE of FAIR TRADING QLD. So stressed and disappointed.
ordered some small damage to my goods called them they organised the swap and no problem.. price was pretty good too. i cannot complain really.. ok i have to update this now as the above was my 2020 experience.. recently i bought something that came in parts from their warehouse sale. they delivered one part and not ther other. so i called them twice and besides promising the follow up and get it resolved i got nowhere. no calls back. i then went to the store and they suggested to me to go trough their website by writing an official complaint. as someone who was in retail before i thought that was not really necessary as the warehouse where i bought it from and which organised the delivery could easily fix the problem on the spot. Anyway, i tried to do it but then i was asked to upload photos. what photos?? there is no photos why should i have photos. so i was not able to proceed with it that way. so i called again, and then somebody called me back and promised to have it sorted out. This is like two-three weeks after the delivery. She also asked if i had taken photo of the goods. I replied no, and why should i?! I am still waiting, and will try to update this. But, it seems that their customer service as it is now certainly has a room to improve and it is a bit complicated. They should just keep it simple and resolve things that can be resolved on the spot and not just make it harder especially after nothing was done for some time by them.
Place order, wrong chairs delivered. Waited a week and a half for a replacement. My chairs arrived soiled with dirty black prints and scuff marks. 2 days and still waiting for customer care. Horrible customer service!! Will never buy again.
Rearranged my whole day so I could go to the big sale and drove all the way out to Archerfield, only to find that they weren't even open! Love their furniture but this is very uncool.

DON’T ORDER THROUGH EUREKA STREET .Ordered chairs , was told one delivery date... then it was : Delayed, then delayed again .. then was told “they are here... but you can’t pick them up for a week.......” Nothing was done to really help the situation. Basically just ignore their delivery times as they don’t mean anything once they have your money.
Great service. Easy pick up arrangements. Had a little trouble with emailed invoice but was no drama when collecting the furniture.
Terrible customer service. No refund policy. Refused to give furniture, refused to deliver or give refund. Delivery staff was very rude. Not acceptable in Australia.
