What fabulous food for Hobart. But it would be easier to grow and fish and cook it yourself. The waiting staff need to realize what they are being paid to do! Keep up the great work chefs. Hire some FOH staff that actually care about what they do

Great food here. We had the $70 "feed me" selection and we are stuffed to the gills. Besides that, it was a delectable selection of various delicious small platters served with a smile, and a much bigger than expected main, topped off with a tasty dessert
Clarified upper cut, rum, port, tea, milk magic. Heavy on the magic, takes a day to prepare to create the whey. Heritage yeast. Underground beer tunnels. Makes more sense when you're there.
