I felt the the staff were overworked and everyone is rushing to complete the task during the entire shift. Staff to Resident ratio is not what it should be. I worked one shift but never going back. Staff were helpful and professional, but the job is tiring. I also felt the residents are not allocated properly in the different wings. Some wings had more residents who needed more assistance but the number of staff working in all wings was equal. I felt it was not managed properly. I would give my thanks to the staff for working with me that day. I hope this Aged Care will improve in the future as it is one of the biggest company in Australia.

Such an awful facility! My grandfather had a heart huge attack there and instead of calling an ambulance, they waited until morning for the doctor to review him and draw blood. Hardly any staff for their resident ratio. Serious attitude from their managing staff,  although some of the nurses have been absolutely lovely. For these reasons, amongst so many others, I would not recommend this place for my dog!

Absolutely delightful experience. Nurses are kind, and they care for the patients every need. Grandfather is well taken care of.nnThey put the person first and human-connection is at the forefront of everything they do. Heart attacks are serious - the folks at Estia Health truly go out of their way to minimise any distress or confusion.nnI would recommend this care facility 100x over. Thank you for looking after our family.

Really happy with our family’s decision to have our grandfather move into Estia. They’ve got a specialised memory support unit, lovely gardens, daily activities and even a couple of resident chickens who visit for cuddles. We’re very grateful for the care the staff show my grandfather and also my grandmother when she visits him. Thanks so much.

I can not fault Estia in Nambour. Besides it being a lovely facility the care from the staff and nurses is second to none. From management down they are all genuinely loving and caring to all the residents.
