This place is a joke, hire staff with manners and who know standard procedures
The lady working there this morning was so rude, she shouldn't be in a customer facing role. I tried to call 4 times before going to the clinic. When I got there and called out "hello" her reply was "yes, I'm busy". There was no one else in there and I ended up being turned away.
Had a blood test today, and dealt with the pathologist Evie. Brilliant attitude and professionalism as the needle was painless!
The lady at S&N Pathology, Ann St, Nambour tried to actively deter me from having a COVID test today. Firstly, there are signs on the front door directing people to Caloundra. When I said the website indicated that COVID testing was available at Nambour, she insisted that she was there on her own and that testing "en masse" was not possible and that she was "not testing school children". I pointed out that I was the only person there, and that I was not a school child I am over 50 !!. I don't know what her problem is. Without my insistence, she would not have given me the test. Totally unacceptable behaviour, when people are lining up for hours at other venues to get tested.
Unprofessional, lack of management. Waiting for an hour and can't get blood test done because take too long for each people + in case can't get they blood take more longer . If you know you have much workload need to tell people who waiting early that you can't do it.
Walked in no appointment ... sat me down <5 minutes while they did the paperwork ... took me in to suck my blood ... pleasant small talk ... job done and on my way ... it was as good as you could get
I had the best and friendliest service I've ever had at a pathology today. So much so I had to share. I didn't even feel the needle!
