had an appointment booked for 9.10am, arrived at 9.00 sick, coughing and with no voice there was one other customer waiting. While waiting for my turn at least 3 other people walked in and were called in by the doctor. At 9.45 I told the receptionist I had other things to do morning and had already waited 35 min past my appointment time. She simply asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. So I walked out and pretty sure I will not return. Very poor customer service, very poor management of time and appointment
Quite unhappy with the lack of care, my daughter 16 was given a letter about needing to see a paediatrician from her school due to behaviour issues and mental issues affecting her schooling, so obviously to get a referral you need a doctor, who didn't seem to understand or have a care. Casually wrote something on the computer & probably 3 months later nothing. Now its like disappeared or something??
Staff were good but it's closed why .how can a medical facility shut down
Attended for a Covid shot. Well done. Organised and on time. Special Thank you to the young lady on the front counter. In the 10 minute I waited she dealt with 3 ‘interesting’ patients with appropriate manner and comments in the fast paced environment. Give her a day off!
Had an experience with a very rude red head receptionist and had to pay 70$ expecting instant 30 or 40 back. Didn't work and she straight away said she couldn't help. Didn't even try again. And to pay for the appointment was stupid since I waited an hour to go in for 2 mins just for some scripts!.

Very terrible place. 0% patient oriented. They made me pay twice for one script, just because one of the doctor was on leave and other doctor took over. Doctor’s leave is not patients problem. I think we should just Pay once for one thing.
This medical practise was a great place, professional, helpful and outstanding service all round. However, even though not updated, new management have since taken over and the practice has poor service now. Like so many doctors and patents, we have left this practise. Still awaiting for medical reports to be transferred under the Rights of Information Act months later to ensure health care can continue elsewhere. Not good enough!
They didn't accept any health cards, just medicare card only, but in their registration form still have "another health card" option to fill in. I have booked for my covid-19 vaccine and I was not able to get it because I don't have medicare card. How can people from other countries not a citizen or an australian can come and get the service from here even they have their own health card and pay for it? So disappointed :
First time I have ever been there and I received friendly, happy, service. Received my first jab and the nurse was awesome . I didn't even feel the needle and it was so well organised.
