My daughter and myself visited this spa and I must say that it was well worth an experience. The staff treated us well and were patient in answering/clarifying our queries.

Highly recommend this place. The girls are super friendly, down to earth & happy to help. I got my nose pierced which I absolutely love but accidentally got it pulled out a couple of days later. I gave the girls a call & they were happy to try & put it back in for me & not charge me if they were unsuccessful. In the end one of the ladies managed to put my piercing back in. The care that was taken & information given, made me feel really at ease both times I have been there. Overall great customer service & reasonable prices. Really appreciate it, thank you ladies! Loving my new piercing which is healing really well :D

I had a wonderful first experience at Essential Beauty with my friend getting our noses pierced. Caitlin is a very friendly and professional therapist and lovely to talk to as well, offering information about other services too. I will definitely be back!

Got my helix done by the manager and she was really nice. She had a good steady hand and explained the process as she was doing it.

What is the point if making an appointment if your staff don't record it properly.  My dadaughter was looking forward to having her ears pierced for her birthday. She took the day off work, made sure she was  on time only to find the booking was wrong. Now she is very unhappy because she missed out and wasted an annual leave day. We will never use your business again.
