At this particular time I didn't have an appointment booked, but was close by So I came in to see if there was a chance I was able to have my treatment done that day. Had a laser session with Jeni today at Northlakes. She was the best laser technician I’ve ever had. Very thorough and professional. Didn’t feel rushed and I feel like she got all the hairs! Would recommend for sure and will go back to Northlakes.

Very unprofessional. I’ve been going to laser clinics for almost a year for laser hair removal. I had bought the plan for 10 treatments in advance. While i was waiting for my 8th session in the treatment room, I was told that I have to pay for today’s appointment. I was charged $200 dollars cancellation fee because I had to reschedule couple of appointments. The thing is I’ve never been told they have been charging me for the cancellation fee for rescheduling my appointments as it never happened in the past when I rescheduled my appointments. When i asked manager why I wasn’t notified of the cancellation fee, she handled it poorly. All I can say is I would never go back there and do not recommend anyone wasting their time and money. If you pay them in advance they will find a way to take your money. If manager explained and handled this matter professionally or without rolling her eyes I would have paid for it and be the regular customer.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff.  I have received my 4th hair laser removal treatment with good results.   Even my skin tone has lightened naturally, around my upper lip, chin and Brazilian and under arm, without the need of any further treatments i.e. lightening cream etc.  Yahoo !!  My Beautician, Emily, her extensive knowledge and skill is very professional and much appreciated. I've been going to northlakes lazer clinic a few times now to have botox treatment & lip filler. I was nervous as I've never had these treatments before. My injector is Jessica & she not only was very informative & friendly. She did a great job! I'm so happy with my treatments & I can see that this was rewarding for her aswell. Will definitely keep going to see Jess for as long as I can.

Had an appointment booked today for injectable treatment went in with my nine-year-old son, was told he could not sit in the waiting room or come into the appointment area. I did not know this was their policy and advised them that I had just driven all the way from Stafford to have this appointment, all they could keep saying that it was Policy that under 12 could not wait in the room waiting room. I advised them when booking an injectable appointment you can’t book on the website therefore, why wasn’t I advised that children will not be able to be left in the waiting room!! Therefore, i will not be able to have my appointment. Absolutely appalling service when I said I could take him to a friend that lives locally but it would take me a few minutes to come back, all she could say was  you would miss your appointment. Not accommodating at all the ladies at the front desk or she could offer was to make another appointment I turned around and said I would not use them ever again. Really disgusting service no customer service skills at all.

**NO  AT ALL**  Such a waste of time! I turn up for my appointment today, I was even in the treatment room when the therapist reconfirmed to me if the treatment was from my account credit or if I have to pay for it. Totally confused me! Manager came in and told me that I cannot have that treatment I paid for as it's already expired and there was no notes in my booking about honouring that credit not my fault!. Have to pack up and leave the treatment room. Back story: I pre-purchased like 3-4 treatments Aquafacial and Microdermabrasion and been told just call to book. Too late to realised how hard it is to make a booking in this clinic, been told not enough therapists always!. Either someone is unwell, the other is away, etc. As we came back at Reception I saw the Receptionist that made my booking. So I have this last paid treatment and wanting to book an appointment, again the dilemma to book, I tried to call many times but no luck so I have to do a walk on 30th of October I've never done this to the other clinic I go to. I was able to booked it from that Receptionist, I WAS VERY CLEAR TO HER that I'm wanting to book for that last treatment from my account, she did mention that it's expired already but after checking her computer she confirmed to me "Oh it's ok, I can book you in." So this is what I told to that Manager that doesn't help at all, all she can say was "there was a misunderstanding". It was clearly her Receptionist's fault that now became my problem because I misunderstood it what a twist!. She even asked why I didn't book for the last 12 months before the credit expires and when I told her how I struggled to book at their clinic, that it's always fully booked as some therapist unwell or away so not enough staff. She can't explain anything to me No apologies! and got a reply instead that I should know I only have 12 months to use those credit. TERRIBLE SERVICE and definitely would not recommend this clinic to anyone!

I walked in to my first laser hair removal and was greeted by Hannah. She was professional, calming, funny and non judgemental. I was so worried but she assured me it would be quick and easy! And boy was she right. Best decision ever seeing Hannah at laser clinics north lakes. I now live my best summer life looking like a hairless cat :Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal
