Very kind and efficient. Thank you!"},{"text":"This is ridiculous, my partner and I have moved into our new unit on Saturday as we both work during the weeks. No help line or connection services over the weekend? We are living on dry food such as biscuits and bread as we have no power meaning no fridge, oven or toaster. As well as cold showers and cannot wash clothes for work this week. We have now had to throw out $400 worth of food for our fridge and freezer. As I notice many many bad reviews and this service not changing their ways, Ergon will be receiving a formal complaint. I’m an antisocial person who works full time and I can’t leave work to be at home yet they can’t give my house hold power. How am I supposed to pay for electricity if I have no job? Recieved a message to say the meters will be read the following day . So we restrained our dog in a cage from. 6am until 5pm , had the gate OPEN for them and needless to say they still done an estimate reading. Don't enter our property at all claiming the dog wasn't restrained. . Seriously need to revaluate the issue I'm sick of this happening EVERYTIME."},{"text":"So impressed with Ergon customer service.
