Love EpicWin and Jon is a fabulous trainer - sassy and always with the sarcasm: he's just what I needed to get me into, and keep me going to, a gym.  At 30-odd years old, I have never been a gym junkie, but Jon has me going twice a week for almost 2 years - I call that a rip roaring success

Had a PT session with Jon and it was absolutely spot on. Not only did I have fun, but I also got great advice on my technique and how to improve, my body mechanics and diet. Furthermore, he really listened to my fitness goals and layed out how to achieve it. 10/10

I've never been the type of person that is motivated enough to go to a gym, but I have been going to Epic Win PT for the past 5ish years (along with the rest of my family!) and have loved every session of it! Jon and Liam make the sessions so fun and enjoyable while working us hard at the same time. I hope you guys never leave because I wouldn't know what to do with myself! Thanks for being so awesome :D

I have been going to Epic Win PT for the past 6 years or so and I absolutely love it! Jon and Liam do a fantastic job at motivating us and making exercise fun. Epic Win PT almost feels like my second family. I would never go back to a normal gym again.

Amazing trainers. Not only do Jon and Liam push you hard and make you realise your goals but you also have fun. None of that pretence as at others gyms... builds your self confidence and self esteem. Highly recommend the 12 week challenge... awesome results. Thanks guys
