I have worked in age care for 5 years, beginning because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of our older Australians. Since starting with Enrich Living over 2 years ago as a support worker I have found a place that totally enables the difference to happen. They are both caring about clients and employees, a breath of fresh air. Through Enrich I have been able to complete my goal of showing clients that they can still laugh and have a quality life! Enrich Living stands by their values to support clients needs of all levels from personal care, respite, outings and household tasks or just a friendly visit.
I have worked as a Registered nurse in the community for 31 years . Working for Enrich Living Services has been awesome, working with professional and caring work colleagues who really do believe that with the right support seniors can live and independent life in their own homes. Management are helpful and understanding encouraging me to participate in regular nursing updates to enable the clients to receive the best care in their home .
I no longer work here and take it all back. If you no longer believe your own words you once wrote, it’s time to change. ——————————— I began my journey with the Enrich Living QLD team 1 year ago. Communication and support within this team is second to none, and working alongside a sizeable team who all share the same passion and drive to making a difference is a daily inspiration. My family have now also joined the Enrich Living family when my grandmother became a client and commenced her Home Care Package. Enrich was chosen due to proven communication and being treated more than just another number.
My wife has been with Enrich Living for about 12 months, they are extremely helpful with accessing the services that she needs to make it easier for her
This company should be shut down. They are not client focused , they are profit focused. Take my advice and use another provider.
