While the staff are lovely and try hard to make every interaction positive I  am disappointed with some of the services my mum uses. The  90 minute trip to the gym which is 10min away has stopped her from going. A request to havea regular cleaner has been ignored.  A friendly bunch but not responsive  to their clients needs. ADDIT: Thankyou for contacting me and discussing the above issues in a friendly and positive manner. I am confident Nicky is working to help us resolve these hiccups. I was very impressed with her caring  and professional  attitude.
