We have been clients of Beacon Support for some 5 years at least and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their staff and management are above reproach in the respectful and efficient way they treat their clients and in an unexpected situation they go above and beyond the call to find me suitable support. I cannot speak highly enough of them, I wish every support organisation had the calibre of staff that Beacon do.

Beacon support have been nothing but supportive to my nephew who is autistic. Not only my nephew but my mum as well. The whole team at beacon from the office staff ie: kallen. Have always been there for my family. We r 100% so happy with beacon support thankyou for a great service guys.

Our son has been with Beacon Support for nearly 5 years and I truly believe that it is one the most client centred services, adapting and catering to not only the clients needs but the requirements of the client’s carers. Their staff are flexible, approachable and realistic. At no point have they professed to be perfect but always strive to the highest obtainable standard. When I read a negative review which inappropriately names staff for individual criticism it distressed me greatly as it is obvious that the person has not had their needs met in one instance and unfortunately this has negatively clouded their judgement of an entire service provider. I can only recommend anyone considering Beacon ring Mr John Dangerfield who is, yes, a character but the character whilst being fun is also kind, caring, diligent flexible adaptable and highly skilled. As for naming one of the management team, Kallen as racist The very thought I can only be considered hysterically funny as Kallen himself is one of the most obliging tolerant and non-judgemental folk I know. I can only recommend Beacon a Services highly if it is dedicated involved skilled and responsible (as well as being one of the cheapest per hour)care service you desire.

Absolutely appalling. The two directors are rude, as are the rest of the management team who don’t listen and railroad their clients into services that don’t suit them. The culture reeks of infection. Some of the support workers shouldn’t be in this industry. One stole something from Bunnings right in front of me. Two others played sick games and lied to me, as I am my twin sister’s advocate. John Dangerfield who directs finance and funding pitches to you like a used car sales man (he actually introduced himself twice as a used car salesman, as a joke) and tries to pull the wool over your eyes. There’s a really large divide between management and support workers, where support workers are treated with contempt by the management team. My twin has a significant package and we have both been treated very poorly to say the least. This has caused my sister who has severe autism to go into psychosis because of extremely poor service. I have missed a number of very important meetings because of Kallen & Emma’s poor roster management. I have also missed out on a business opportunity due to the high level of pathological narcissists who create chaos instead of listening to your needs and providing you with the service that you require. I’ve also had my sister at risk of having a court mention dismissed (which the matter involves her safety and well being)because Management couldn’t provide me with the staff I needed for the court mention. Kallen also tried to intervene with the adjournment by trying to take away my and my sister’s rights in this matter out of spite because I dared to put him in his place. Kallen and a few others are racist and refer to one of their Asian staff as Nuke, even though she was the one who introduced me to Beacon as a customer. The entire experience is disgusting!
