Called in tears desperate need a advocate to help me through a very abusive care provider. The day before they cancelled advised me called to a emergency and advised fully booked out earliest next appoint in 6 days time at 9 am. I waited and waited no one came, I called at about 9.45am, and was told she is in a meeting none wrote this appointment in her diary. ,!!!. I called to make a complaint and was told they are just a call centre person will forward it.......never did.....never heard from them again. What a heartless inhuman group of people. I needed help, I didn’t deserve this.

Friendly atmosphere, pleasant surroundings and great training facilities.

Never required Star Service, however I was centimeters from being run off the road and involved in a multi-car pile up due to the incompetence of a Star driver. The Star car was full of elderly clients. Very concerning.
