Got two almond croissants here. They were the worst almond croissants I’ve had.nNeither had the flakiness or freshness of an almond croissant. One was burnt. Both were flat as a pancake. It tasted like a cake inside and did not have the expected almond paste. Would not recommended!
2 great things about this place:nVariety and Reasonable prices.nnAlways takes me a long time to figure out what I want to eat. Cake slices are reasonably priced. Though they're not super fancy boutique styled cakes, at least they're not at an eye-watering, unaffordable cost.nnTheir savoury scones are yummy.

Elwood patisserie and Bakery recently catered an event for work. Mini pies, sausage rolls, quiches, sandwiches, shortbread etc.nnGreat feedback from our guests.nnStaff are lovely, ordering was easy and very well priced. Food was delicious and looked good on the platters. Shortbread stars were a hit.nnThe only thing that could make it better would be delivery, but the store is so popular I understand they can’t get away to deliver. Thanks team.
Have been a long time customer of Elwood patisserie and while the products lately have been lacking the same quality and taste they once had we thought to give them one more chance. The pies were completely inedible. A potato top pie which was made up of 85% potato 5% meat and 10% salt. The meat part was so scarce literally smeared across the base. The potato itself was soo damn salty! Revolting both myself and my husband had to bin lunch. What a shame the quality has slipped so much. Won’t be back until they start showing their food some love.
