Few years has gone past since I've posted negative review here about them. Since then, They changed their store, they changed their staff, they changed their attitude and service, became very loyal. I love going there, buying the most tasty bread, have a nice polite chat and buy fresh products. Great job, guys!

A very authentic Russian service. No smile, no greet. I was asked at the cashier if i want to replace my loaf with a sliced one. Later at home, i found the bread to be stone hard. Must be at least 3 days old. I don't know who deeply offended post-Soviet people who moved to oz and work in trade, but i truly feel sorry for them. Можно вывезти человека из совка, но не совок из человека. P.S. pirozhok was good though.

They may handle coffee, cake and easy items but do not place larger forward orders with them. Although they had no issue with taking my money in advance They don't understand the concept of supplying the order on the pick up day and now I am spending cup morning driving around trying to find a bakery that is not only open but can handle my order for the 20 people coming to my house in a couple of hours

Hands down the best bread in Melbourne and possibly Australia. Good choice of pastry, pies and other yummy stuff. Surprisingly good coffee! Highly recommended.

So glad to have stumbled upon this little piece of Russian Heaven today. The savoury Russian pastries were amazing, worth me discarding my gluten sensitivity. Looking forward to going back there
