Dr Young and Dr Kresivic have both been very attentive and thorough with my care and recovery. Taking their time to listen to my symptoms, providing suitable health care plan and to explain test results. The Receptionists have provided fantastic customer service, always checking in on me while I wait to be seen, ensuring that I'm comfortable, also booking suitable follow up appointments working around my prior commitments.
Poor service on the doctor’s side. If you cant get the medical help your client needs don’t refer them to a practice that has a 2 week waiting period that’s run by the “trust worthy” government. let them know that they can see a private doctor for faster treatment at an expense of course because some people rather that then suffer. You are causing heart ache and stress on people.
The doctor just don’t care about people or their health concerns.nnDoctor Haasbroek never even examined my back for my injuries and over eight months.nHe has lack of empathy for his patience and duty of care. Also breaks confidentiality by discussing my ex partners, mental health and his private notes from his visit with him.nnComplain to the practice manager and had to follow up and also made notes stated I visited the practice when I don’t to cover his tracks.nnPlease find a doctor that cares more about finding answer than his paycheck
Update Dr Young didn’t listen to me had to to urgent medical care & seen a good Dr that listen got scan done had 4 repeat 4 blood clots in right leg could died great practice glad I left found better Dr!!! Missed
Very terrible, Dr Robert use his hand slap my son 2 years ago, he was just toddler, out of blue front of me and TRAUMA! He’s abuse for slap my son without permission! Wouldn’t accept of his behaviour. He shouldn’t have hurt my child. Nothing apologies but still not forgive. Now can’t trust any drs would treat children! Still waiting for hearing processing from investigator been made to reports already!
