I cannot recommend Dr Hong and her team enough, so caring and patient. Dr Hong is extremely calming and so knowledgeable, you feel comfortable every step of the way. Their new rooms in the heart of the city are beautiful. Cairns is so lucky to have this fantastic team.
Cannot recommend Dr Hong enough. I suffered multiple pregnancy losses under the care of another Cairns Dr, whom would not listen to me or my husband and did absolutely nothing to help us. A good friend had an amazing experience with Dr Hong so I went to see her and wow what an amazing woman. She listened to me and trusted my instincts and we successfully birthed my Daughter together. She made a horrible nightmare into the most amazing experience. I was a nervous wreck my whole pregnancy and she literally dropped everything or squeezed me in to calm my nerves. Answering emails at crazy times. She is just a wonderful human being to boot.
My wife recently had surgery. Thanks to Dr Phoebe, everything went well. Before & after the surgery, Dr Phoebe kindly explained the options and procedures, and answered all of our questions so that we felt really relieved. Dr Phoebe is very kind, competent, efficient, understanding and empathetic. We strongly recommend Dr Phoebe.
I highly recommend Dr. Hong. The clinic is pristine, has a welcoming energy to it and the staff is very friendly. I felt heard, seen and supported during my visit and Dr. Hong really took her time to answer my questions. Thanks again!
Brand new place with very efficient and friendly staff. Doctor Hong is very professional, knowledgeable and really listens to the patient. The facilities are great and no waiting time if you have an appointment. I completely recommend it.
