Eat At Dan & Steph’s

Awesome restaurant ! We went twice eat a brunch on the way up and down of the East Coast. The staff is really friendly ! And what about the food... just the best smashed avocado I had in all Australia. I highly recommend this place. (They can also help you to escape from the public bathroom in front of their restaurant if you are locked in, just give a call ;) ) Thank you so much for your kindness and to make such good healthy meals !

Cool place to take visitors for the history. Hear it's for sale now though? Last time I went there I think they forgot to put the corn in my corn fritters, admittedly the owners were away overseas at the time. I didn't complain because everyone else at our table enjoyed their meals. Enjoyed being there. Bought some of their yum sausages to take home for dinner. Top notch!

Positive: I had a delicious breakfast here. It was tasty and tastefully dressed. The coffee was really good too. Needs attention: The interior setting and the tables were not in a nice condition. The staff who attended us could be friendly.

We arrived at 11am during school holidays and got the last table. It was a little cozy however atmosphere was still comfortable. We were served within minutes of sitting down, had our coffees soon after and only had to wait 10-15mins for meals which was very reasonable. Food was delicious - pesto and arvo scrambled egg was amazing! value for money, portion sizes left us struggling to finish meals. Worth the visit!

Went here about 2 weeks ago for brunch 10am. Staff terrible, food and coffee average. Won’t be eating here again. Waited 15 minuets before our order was taken, it was only taken because I went to the counter and ordered (it’s table service). Had to ask for water 3 times before it was brought out 30 mins after we arrived. Mason jar which a drink came in was cracked and broken around the top yet they still served our milk drink in it. The milk drink was terrible. Ordered the corn fritters, the best thing on the plate was the rocket. Weren’t provided with cutlery to eat the food with. Had to get it from another table. Looking around the restaurant, we weren’t the only ones disappointed with the service.
