Great food and great flavour! We tried the flake, fish bites and they were so delicious—fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend! My family will be back from Melbourne to have fish and chips again!! Thank you!!
The wait time at this place is absolutely awful. It’s fish and chips. It doesn’t take up to 5 minutes to finish the order but my order takes 40 minutes to come out. The food is just ordinary, not that even good as reviewed. One of the sea scallop tastes like they’re about to be off. It’s just a regular fish and chips, I think they’re a bit overrated.
Recently renovated shop front makes viewing before ordering a breeze. We always get our cooked muddies from here, they are cooked to perfection everytime, love that they are putting the price on the shell now, makes deciding how many to get affordable.
The Battered flake was terrific. The chips were good without being terrific. A bit pale in colour for me. But they were cooked none the less. Great service.
Best. Takeaway fish and chips I have enjoyed in many years. Excellent service from the young man on the till.
