Dr. Navin is fantastic. The other doctors I've seen have been no where near the level of professional id like.

Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! We were visiting from Christchurch and couldn’t find anywhere that would see my sick baby on the same day but these guys did. Reception is super friendly and welcoming and so is the doctor that we saw. Highly recommend to anyone in Auckland or around nz that’s looking for a family doctor away from home just like we were. I decided to change GP since the other one which I loved is too far from my place. We came here but I think we are never coming back again! The receptionist is perfect! Very nice, polite, nothing to say about her but the nurse... ohhh that nurse! Not rude at all but the hygiene standards are horrible. I brought my 3 months old baby for his immunization and she didn’t even wash her hands, not even hand sanitizer! Or at least wear gloves! She didn’t explain anything to us and I had to give the oral immunization to my baby myself! Of course I didn’t know how! When all was done.. she didn’t say anything! I asked her what should I expect from the immunization and in case of anything, what to do... she just said give him panadol... oh really? I really regret of have changed my GP as in the other place nurses were the best professionals ever... Never coming back here again.
