My entire family has been registered with Crawford Medical for two and a half years since we moved to New Zealand from overseas.nnInitially, my 15-year-old son was afraid of doctors and nurses; however, he now feels very comfortable. This is thanks to the friendly staff at Crawford. The best part is that the doctors explained everything to him scientifically, which he loved, as he could relate to his science classes in school.nnThe doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and experienced, which gives us confidence in their care.nnWe are delighted to be part of Crawford Medical.

I paid $120 to be put onto antibiotics for a viral infection. My acute chest condition was ignored and I ended up having to go to urgent care a few days later for another $250 out of desperation. Please listen to your patients and take the time to diagnose them properly.

Took my mum there as a casual patient and had a great experience. All staff we dealt with was fab. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, nurses were kind and did a great job with my mum's injury and the GP took time to examine the issue and was very personable and professional. Thanks again.

I was seen by a male European doctor possibly Brenden or Bryan because of razor blade sore throat 2 years ago, he was so sure it's just common cold, asked me keep taking paracetamol, he believed antibiotics won't help at all.nThat whole night I coughed non stop, every few minutes had to sit up from the bed to ease the coughing and lose voice. Visited Eastcare and been prescribed antibiotic and it worked.nnHanded in my medical form for doctor Sherry has resigned to sign, after 10 working days no update, called in and was told they don't have the form, had to email them, few days later received text to collect it, went there, they can't find the form anywhere. Waited until the doctor came back from lunch and signed it.nnThis year handed a medical form for doctor to sign again, got a call said it's done ready to collect, magically they can't locate the form again. Waited until it was found somewhere.nnRecently my child's appointment has been cancelled without given a text or call, because we have transferred successfully to another clinic, we came in and waited to be told it's cancelled.nnWhat amazed me most is they don't feel sorry at all about wasting your time because incompetent administration. Medical workers are super busy however our time matters too.

Attended Crawford Medical for a minor surgery and was seen by Dr Bruce Greenfield,  I would highly recommend this practice for any Medical treatment needed. Very impressed with all the staff from the nurses to the receptionists to Dr Greenfield.  Very professional, personable and explained what was happening every step of the way. Thank you for everything.
