I have recently joined Crawford Medical Centre and have had one visit to date. I was very impressed with the efficient, friendly and warm reception I received from the reception staff as well as the HCA and doctor that saw me. Changing doctors can be an anxious experience, but in no way did I feel anxious during this visit. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for efficient, competent and friendly service!

I sustained a thermal burn caused by a hot water bottle. My GP Dr Janli Stapelberg examined me patiently and offered a suitable treatment plan.nShe is friendly, meticulous and thoughtful. As a local Kiwi doctor, despite the language barriers between us, she kindly provided consultation results and treatment advice in both Chinese and English.nI have been seeing Dr Janli Stapelberg for over ten years. I really appreciate her professionalism and patience. All medical staff here are excellent.

Crawford Medical have always been very supportive in my dealings with them. The admin staff are efficient and friendly. The Health On Line is easy to work and very useful. The doctors being the ‘Main Event: are all thoughtful and competent. They have looked after to me in an excellent manner. So much so that I travel from my new home in the city to stay with the Crawford Clinic.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my experiences at Crawford Medical. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve found the staff to be consistently friendly and courteous, which always makes a big difference in the overall experience. I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Graham Whitney so far, and both have been very positive. Their approach has been professional and reassuring, and I’ve appreciated the care and attention I received.nnThank you to everyone at Crawford Medical for creating such a welcoming environment!
