Southpoint Family Doctors

The staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionist, nurses and doctors!! They are very friendly, the very best family doctors that i have been to. All i can say is WOW, was really blown away with the service that they have provided. The doctors won’t rush you when it comes on assessing you, they will go thoroughly and make sure all your needs have been met. Just wow. Highly recommend this clinic.

At first, this practice was very good. Was very easy to get in touch with them. Was super easy to make appointments as they had their booking system on their app. Understand this was removed during the pandemic, however even when we were in the green light or up until now, it's been very hard to get in touch with anyone at this practice. They do not pick up calls and they no longer answer emails. They've really dropped the ball now. Might be looking into a new GP soon.

I'm so disappointed and feel let down by my own Dr who I hardly ever see anyway. You have to plan in advance to see a doctor, like how can we plan to get sick, once early last year and now this week I really need to see a dr and next available appointment is in 3 days!!! I only asked for a phone consul which would really only take about 2 mins but have to wait for 3 days!!! you get 1 star and time for me to move onto someone else, I cannot take this 3 day wait any more

This clinic is just absolutely amazing. From their receptionists, nurses and doctors. All of them are professionally trained and experienced. If most clinics in Auckland are similar to this one, most people will have a good day just by visiting them. Keep up the good work.

Very unprofessional, Its been a week, i am trying to make appointment. After a week i have got the phone consultation. And they moved my timing without informing me. Breach of consumer rights and i am going to file legal complaint. It happend with me in the past as well. I have written apology from them. But its seems they dont want to learn. Nobody replies even on the email. No responsiblity.

My husband and I couldn’t ask for better doctors Drs. Shepherd and Lutui are the best! You will definitely get the quality treatment that you deserve. And of course, Their staff and nurses are also superb! Friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The clinic is clean and organised too! Patient here for 4 years now. Exceptional service and care from the whole team of reception, nurses and doctors. Even in difficult times like covid and lockdowns they communicated well and provide great care. Dr Hine is awesome!

These doctors and their team are simply the best. Hinamaha Lutui is very thorough in her assessments and never rushes me, soo very humorous and funny. I have been with them for over 5 years since they opened their practice and recommend them 100%. You will be well looked after.

You have to plan in advance when you're going to get sick if you want to see your doctor. They take on too many patients. I Woke up with a terrible eye infection, so bad that my right eye was swollen shut and oozing. Tried calling 5 times between 9-10am to make an appointment but no one answered. The receptionist eventually just put my call straight through to an automated message that told me to call back momentarily. How rude. I had no choice but to drive in 20mins to the doctors with my 1yr old in tow. When i got there i was turned away and told to go to the A and E doctors down the road even after the reception saw the state my eye was in! I didn't have $70 to see the A&E doctor so i couldn't go. I left in tears and so offended that my own doctors basically told to go elsewhere. This is how they treat their patients. Im so dissappointed in them. Want to change doctors. They are always busy.
