The kids meals were not so good quality. We got a hotdog and it was stone cold. Adults meals were nice enough. Great pub for afternoon drinks good beer and wine selection

Great pub with great food. Food is pricey for pub grub with steaks being in the $30 range. Good selection of craft beers as well.

Standard has dropped. No consistency. It's now a 50% chance of a bad meal. Quality pub food is now more like food court standard. Food tastes like it's been purchased pre-made, from a bottled and old. The sauce on the 1/2 price mussels tastes like bottled sauce. No freshness about the taste. I know you can do better with the quality. Lift your game. I'm not a local but often travelled to East Balmain Hotel for a good meal - will try again one more time after Xmas.
