Definitely a highlight of our Picton trip. We got a lot of dolphin time, both in the water and then as the pod followed our boat. Some interesting birds too, but wow the dolphins. I'm glad I didn't know there were orcas swimming around too or I might not have gone in the water! Very knowledgeable staff who took good care of us....cookies, coffee, hot chocolate were free.

We had such a great time this morning with Captain Paul and crew on the swimming with dolphins tour. They really went out of their way to show us as much life as possible... seals, dusky dolphins, bottle nose. I sincerely respect and appreciate how conscious they are about what's good for the dolphins too. Seeing them free and wild, giving them space and letting them decide if they wanted to interact made it more rewarding.

Absolutely amazing! Went on the 9am cruise with about 8 other people and had a blast. The boat was great with plenty of room for everyone (even a bathroom). The crew (Tristan as captain) was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure we all had a great experience. We saw tons of marine and bird wildlife... even some Hector's Dolphins! Highly recommend these guys and if you're in Picton go on this cruise!

Paul and Nataly were very friendly they had onboard drinks and cookies for everyone but tour itself will get bored without the dolphin sighting. Saw few seals and lot of wild birds . This is a suggestion that there should be a minor refund if no dolphins sighted. Because that the highlight of the trip . Understand that being wildlife it would be hard to spot them and completely depends on luck . Do not rely on the accuracy rate you might end up in the unlucky 5% .We didn’t sight any, by the time the guide said “oh there’s the hector dolphin “ it was long gone . $99 for a boat trip is too over priced with out the dolphin sightings. Best way to explore the sounds is to hire JetSki from the town and explore. Be captain cook

Swimming with bottlenose dolphins.. must have been at least 60 of them and babies. Wow what an experience.
