Had great service from booking to finish. Staff and crew were great, boat ride was a joy. We loved the views,  seeing all the resorts and the Sounds are amazing. Great job.

What a well organized and reliable day trip to walk the Queen Charlotte Track between Fernaux Lodge and Punga Cove. The check-in process was smooth along with drop-off and pick-up. Ollie was amazing on the ride to Fernaux Lodge. He shared info about the Sound and his work experiences at a local winery. What a grea experience. I docked a star for the trouble I had trying to use their website to buy a ticket and the lack of info. Thank goodness fir the Blenheim isite who helped me sort out the ticket and trip details.

Excellent service! I’d highly recommend Cougar Line to anyone walking the Queen Charlotte. From beginning to end our experience with the company was seamless! Door to door service everyday! We would leave our bags outside our accommodation, walk to the next spot, and our bags would be there waiting for us! We didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Fantastic service. We were headed to Resolution Bay for work and had missed our boat the week prior, they didn't hesitate to rebook us again the following week. Office staff were welcoming and friendly, punctual service out to Reso Bay. Lindsay was an excellent skipper, accomodating and providing chats and knowledge as we stopped into different bays along the way. He even offered to back track after the rest of his drop offs to collect us earlier than planned if need be. Met some friendly tourists and other locals whilst ferrying in and out of Picton. We at Betta Inspect It Nelson/Tasman highly recommend this service and would definitely use again if needed!

Wonderful service. Our suitcases were delivered from hotel to hotel without any effort on our part whilst we concentrated on our hikes! The drivers were informative and provided some great wildlife tip bits along the journey. Highly recommended
