Me and my husband had a good experience at Maddington Isuzu. Proud owner of brand new D-Max.  As a first time buyer, everyone was pleasant to deal with. We felt comfortable dealing with John throughout the process. He was calm, relaxed and a very good listener, a good asset to the team. Very responsive when we ask for update about our car.  Max and Cohen we're also very good at their job and very pleasant to deal with.  John, Max and Cohen are a great asset to the team. The whole process was a breeze. Thank you for all your effort and help. Highly recommend Maddington Isuzu if you're looking to buy a new car.

Very good experience with Sales Team.Gav is knowledgeable,good listener and non pushy. Provided honest assistance in choosing accessories. Had a long wait of 16 months for MUX delivery but I was updated  through text and emails reply.Maxie who joined the team recently was also helpful. I haven't dealt with any other team yet at dealership.Will definitely update later about service department!  Thanks Gav & Maxie.

Service was great as usual, staff always have a smile on their face and I had a follow up phone call today from a lovely lady whom I forgot her name maybe Michelle. She was delightful and we had a good laugh. My car was serviced in great time and having the option of a free loan vehicle is ever so helpful for me to get to work. My car came back to me washed aswell, much appreciated :

Fantastic experience at Maddington Isuzu. The Service team were friendly,prompt and professional. I received my vehicle back on time and exactly as expected far cleaner than when it arrived. Arranging a courtesy vehicle for me also made the ability to drop my vehicle to the experts all the more easy. Will be back for sure.

Very unfortunate to have to write this after spending almost 50k only 3 weeks ago. Car wouldn’t start today when my partner was driving home and I was basically told tough by Denzel? Service dept isn’t open until Monday and they won’t do anything to help in the interim. We have now had to pay RAC to come pick up the vehicle which is covered under warranty. Massive leak & smell of petrol. Car has barely been driven since I purchased it so it clearly was not checked over properly in the garage. Very disappointing service.

I lodged a warranty claim for the well-known engine bay body cracks OVER A YEAR AGO. This is well known fault that gets fixed under warranty. The warranty staff at this dealership have been horrible to deal with trying every excuse they can, not honour the warranty. First it was bull bar, then too modified, then overweight, then said the engine has to come out for the repair not true. After talking to Isuzu Australia IUA they dropped these excuses and said they would honour the warranty. The dealership then said I had to remove bulbar, snorkel, battery etc. and get it towed to them to do the work. Another call to IUA and this was deemed included in the warranty and not something I have to do myself. Then they overquoted the work to IUA in which they had to re-quote. They also required the vehicle for the exact same inspection on 4 separate occasions, refusing me a loan car each time costing me ubers and hire vehicles. Cherie from IUA has been very understanding and a big help throughout this process but the warranty team at Maddington Isuzu have been absolutely useless and unprofessional. I’ve spoken to other Isuzu dealerships that have done these repairs and they are also shocked it’s taken this long. I’ve been very polite to the staff and Cherie and could have justifiably lost my temper at them on numerous occasions but that is not the person I am. It’s been over a year since I lodged the claim, my patience has reached its end and now leaving a negative review is the only option they have left me with. What a disappointment this dealership has been. Id avoid this dealership, especially for anything warranty related. Im still waiting....

I bought a brand new dmax and Max was so easy to deal with very helpful and informative. He made the process very plesant. The finance guy cohen Is also very good at his job and was extremely helpful highly reccomend isuzu maddington if your looking at buying a new car

Fortunately there are still some great people in this world, Aldo made the whole process of selling our vehicle so easy and painless and even organized an Uber to drop us home. Would definitely do business with him again, cheers. Cliff and Som
