The service at this store was PHENOMENAL!! I was served by both Josh and Stuart, who were so dedicated to ensuring I got my shoes at the awesome sale price, Stuart even ripped his shirt during the run to retrieve them. Josh was super kind and helped me learn how to properly care for my docs and it was overall a really good experience.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will be back when I need a new pair of Dr Martens!
Niamh was great with helping me grab my first pair of docs, walking me through how they're supposed to be broken in as well as leathercare to help take care of them. Some great conversation and all around great service!
Stewart was patient and knowledge. He helped me find the best solution for my custom orthotics.

I came in on Wednesday 29th July, and the two men working there were wonderful and so helpful! They helped me to exchange the boots I ordered online, for boots in store that fit me perfectly and recommended good socks to break them in. Perfect experience!
