My children have been seeing Dr Price for about three years and he’s brilliant. Be prepared he often runs late, and if there’s a patient with an urgent issue he will take phone calls from a school or hospital during your appointment time. He gives each patient the time they need, and supports them in any way he can. His receptionist, Charlotte, is lovely and incredibly helpful
Dr Price is a brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable physician. He is great with his clients. He gave us the time we needed and he went out of his way to explain the important information and was able to back up everything he said. Dr Price has inextricably changed the lives of my children for the better. They are now doing really well in school, managing assessments and staying focused. I simply can't thank him enough for his time, support and belief in my children. His receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, we felt instantly at ease. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
Dr Darrel Price saved our daughters life when she was born prematurely on Christmas Day 1982. Honestly the best on the GC.
Receptionist Charlotte is always so lovely and friendly. She connects beautifully with my son and is such a delight to chat with. Both Receptionist and Dr Price are very professional and knowledgeable and helpful and we would never contemplate seeing any other Paediatrician. W and W
My 2 teenage children have been seeing Dr Price for just over six months. He has great medical insight and is a absolutely brilliant pediatrican! Could not wish for a better ped for my children!! Only down fall is I wish we have heard of him and found him sooner. Charlotte is so helpful and wonderful and goes above and beyond. She makes our family feel very welcomed, she's so lovely and bubbly every time we see her!!
Dr Price has completely changed our lives! My son was facing having to go to special school and since seeing Dr Price with the right diagnosis and medication first time round he now is able to stay in main stream school and is compliant and doing so well! Even at home- our home environment has changed and he doesn’t aggravate his siblings! I’m in awe of what Dr Price has done for my family -my daughter has since been diagnosed - Charlotte in Reception’s was just so lovely and always so accomodating. Any questions she gladly answered with compassion. I feel like I have know them both for years. Thank you to you both for giving my children a little bit of “normality “ in a not so normal society x I owe you both so much as I know people who have gone to other specialists and then have to go to different psychologists etc to even attain a diagnosis - this was simple and accurate / as parents we need this as we have enough stress the medical appointments should be seamless and straight forward and that’s what to get with Dr Price. Thank you once again x
We have known Dr Price and his receptionist since we moved here to the Gold Coast in 1997 to 1998. Our 3 sons who use to see Dr Price for medical conditions when they were children to teenagers. Our sons are adults now. We found him and his receptionist very helpful, kind, and honest. They will go out of their way to help his patients anyway they can. Do NOT listen to all the negative feedback. Find out for yourself.
Amazing Doctor! Our family have been seeing Dr Price for 3 years, we find him thorough, caring and knowledgeable. He helped our family through a difficult period and he genuinely cares for his patients.
If you the best possible advice and help for your adhd/asd family member look no further than Dr Price. After receiving the run around treatment from others we got the help we needed for our 5 year old from the first visit. It’s so nice to now see him have a calm and outgoing life instead of an angry and frustrated life.
I find Dr Price to be very accurate. He was very informative and direct some people may not find this comforting- but you are not seeing him to be comforted - you are there for information he is a nice man who gets to the point with no mucking about! He is your typical “old school Doctor” and I like that. - I see people putting one star reviews and I think they need to toughen up to be honest.
