Down To Earth Brighton is a concept that evolved from the want for tasty nutritious food that is easily accessible. The aim is to provide a product and service that has a a positive effect on the body.
The food has come from a fine dining background with an emphasis on local, ethically sourced ingredients.
The coffee has also followed this path by teaming up with Soldier On Coffee.
We also realised that in order to draw people here on a regular basis that the price has to be competitive and the menu must remain interesting. The menu will be changing frequently to reflect the seasons and increase the variety. As well as this everything on our menu is available to enjoy here or take away.
