A classic example of how new management kills a place. From free range eggs, bacon, beautiful home made bread and lovely smiles to stone wall service, farmer brown eggs, Pam’s bacon, empty cabinets and sugary discount bread. I’m going to be honest, it was the most disappointing breakfast I’ve had in my last two years in Christchurch. I feel sick from their food and am certainly going to tell everyone about it. In for a miserable day.

Superb. My wife and I visited for a late breakfast, with no great expectations. She chose the smashed avocado, while I went for the French toast. Both meals were excellent, and certainly qualified as substantial brunches. The flat white coffee was also one of the best I've had in a while.

Had the big breakfast. Very nice and tasty, especially the mushrooms, and tomato relish which looks homemade. Can't wait to go back!

Favourite local cafe. Cant fault it! Best staff, great cofee and food is always excellent.

Friendly staff, it was busy but we managed to get a table. Had the beef ribs, super tender and tasty. The sauce was a little bit salty for my liking but would definitely give this place another go. Coffee was good also. Its high quality restaurant food in a nice relaxed cafe atmosphere.
